Every figure above comes from one number: the scale factor. Divide the distance you measured on your site by the real distance between your two chosen bodies1 and that ratio is the factor. Multiplying anything real by it lands it in your model: each plaque's distance is the body's mean distance from the Sun times the factor, and each diameter is the body's true diameter times the same factor.
Light delay is the one figure that never scales. It is the body's real distance from the Sun divided by the speed of light2, the actual time sunlight takes to arrive, whether your model spans a hallway or a mile.
